The TokenKey platform allows, subject to the applicable conditions, the allocation of funds by users for possible participation in certain issuances, as well as the return of unallocated funds, in accordance with the established procedures.
The allocation of funds does not in itself constitute an investment nor does it guarantee participation in a specific issuance. The effective use of funds depends on the availability of active issuances, compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and acceptance of the relevant documentation.
With regard to the return of funds, this may only be carried out in respect of amounts that have not been allocated to an issuance, and in accordance with the timeframes, conditions and procedures established on the platform. The return of unallocated funds does not imply the existence of a right of reimbursement for amounts already committed to an issuance nor does it guarantee immediate liquidity.
The specific conditions relating to the allocation, use and potential return of funds are described in the applicable contractual and operational documentation in each case.
