General description of the platform’s operational process.

The TokenKey platform is designed to facilitate participation in certain tokenised structures, in accordance with the documentation and conditions applicable to each issuance.

General stages of the process

1. Registration and identity verification

In order to access certain functionalities of the platform, it is necessary to complete the registration process as well as client identification and verification procedures (KYC), in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Review of available information

The platform may display general information relating to certain issuances, in line with the documentation published for each of them.

3. Selection of the issuance

The user may, where applicable, express an interest in an issuance and, where applicable, indicate an indicative amount, in accordance with the minimum amounts and conditions set out in the relevant documentation.

4. Allocation of funds and token issuance

Once the preceding stages have been completed and in accordance with the established procedure, the allocation of funds and the corresponding issuance of tokens may, where applicable, take place, in accordance with the structure defined for each issuance.

5. Information and monitoring

Through the private area, the user may access general information related to the issuances in which they participate, as provided for in the applicable documentation.

6. Completion of the structure

The conditions relating to the duration, potential economic cash flows and settlement of each issuance are described in the corresponding contractual documentation. Outcomes depend on multiple factors and are not guaranteed.
